Essential
:
Extensive senior leadership experience in multiple aged care services including residential aged care services, Support at Home, and CHSP services.
Tertiary qualification in Nursing or a relevant clinical discipline, with current registration where applicable.
Deep expertise in clinical governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory engagement, including demonstrated experience with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards.
Proven ability to lead multi service teams across complex, multi-site environments, driving operational, financial, and workforce performance while embedding continuous improvement.
Exceptional leadership, collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams including senior leaders and clinicians.
