General Manager – Surgery & Anesthetics

A General Manager, Surgery and Anaesthetics is required on a NHS 8b Fixed Term Contract 6 months. Salary in the region of £68k – £79k. Based in the South East of England. Candidates will need to have a demonstrable track record of operational Management at an 8b level within Surgery and Anaesthetics to be considered.

Key duties of the General Manager, Surgery and Anaesthetics include:

✅ The General Manager, Surgery and Anaesthetics will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership and management of the Surgery and Anaesthetics area supporting the Division’s overall strategy and objectives and providing support to the Director of Operations for Surgery.
✅ In conjunction with the Clinical Director / Service Leads work closely with clinicians, managers and support teams to ensure that their Division is providing optimum quality of care in line with national healthcare standards.
