Managing the FOH at the restaurant, coordinating staff, creating and publishing schedules. Recruit, train, and oversee food and beverage service. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide ongoing coaching and development. Seasonal Hiring: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs Support team presence on the floor. Serve, bartend, manage as needed with fluidity.
