  • This role requires a medical practitioner with extensive generalist experience, able to demonstrate significant primary health care knowledge and skills.
  • Monday to Friday role, No on call,The nurses work in partnership with the Aboriginal communities, organisations, other health service providers, Government Departments and agencies to provide Primary Health Care in remote communities.

    This position is based in Fitzroy Crossing and visits the below communities on a weekly basis: a sample week is as below:
    • Mondays – Nookanbah leaving Fitzroy Crossing sometime between 07.15 and 08.00 hours returning between 15.00 and 16.00 hours.
