General Production 19+ 1st And 3rd Shift SAGINAW

This role supports a high-volume, 24/7 plastic extrusion manufacturing facility by assisting production across multiple lines, including Laminator, Knitting, Roll Converter, and Extruder. There are multiple openings, including two positions that will train on a day shift before moving to a 7:00 . – 7:00 . third shift on a 4 days on / 4 days off schedule in the Converter Department. Team members perform a variety of manufacturing, machine operation, and general production tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process.
