+ Load and unload materials on production machines with speed and accuracy
+ Move products throughout the facility (up to 50 lbs)
+ Inspect finished goods to ensure quality and catch defects
+ Operate shot blasting equipment to meet finishing standards
+ Weigh, package, and prepare products according to customer specifications
+ Accurately document materials, batch numbers, and production details
+ Maintain strong productivity in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
