This role focuses on electronic assembly of switches used in military, government, agriculture, and healthcare applications. You will work with small components, precision hand tools, and PC boards to build high-quality electronic products while maintaining strong attention to detail throughout your shift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble electronic switches and components according to detailed instructions and quality standards.
+ Handle and work with small parts, consistently demonstrating strong hand–eye coordination and fine motor skills.
+ Use hand tools and power tools to build and assemble various component parts.
+ Place and secure components onto printed circuit boards (PC boards) with precision and care.
