**General Production Worker- Pay up to $23.55/hr, IN.**

**Location:** Indianapolis, IN

**Pay:** $23.55/hour

**Shift:** 1st- Monday-Friday

2nd- Monday-Friday (2 PM-10 PM or 3 PM-11 PM)

3rd- Sunday-Thursday (10 PM-6 AM or 11 PM-7 AM)

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Load metal rings into molding tools and prepare materials for production
+ Operate molding equipment and monitor production cycles
+ Remove and cool finished products using air tools
+ Perform visual inspections to identify defects and quality issues
+ Count, weigh, and sort finished products
+ Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
+ Follow safety procedures and quality standards
+ Assist with general production, packaging, labeling, and material handling tasks as needed
