The General Supervisor, Service Parts is responsible for the operational activities of the Service Parts business located in Kohler, Wisconsin. Under the direction of the Sr. Manager – Distribution, this role is responsible for coordinating all Service Parts initiatives and driving the operations to meet market needs. Communicate and recommend modifications to established objectives, policies and procedures; and keep the Service Parts business leadership informed of regular reports reflecting such things as production results, availability of labor, and changes in operating requirements.
