Performs advance and specialized nursing tasks providing primary care and performing certain medical functions within protocols established mutually with a medical practitioner.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing with academic preparation as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP); or
• Master's degree in Physician Assistant (PA) Studies with active or impending board-certification by the NCCPA
• Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) certification is required for CRNP's
• Active Alabama license/DEA or eligibility to obtain an Alabama license/DEA
• BCLS/ACLS certification
