Job Description
Job Scope
- Carry out minor building works, plumbing, and other related repair and maintenance tasks.
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of building systems.
- Inspect, maintain, and ensure proper functioning of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Attend promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and clients.
- Record job completion details, including time‑stamped documentation after each task.
- Assist with any other duties as assigned.
- Willing to work outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
- Willing to travel to different work sites as assigned.
- Responsible and able to respond to urgent maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, and repair works preferred.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
