Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection

• Oversee recruitment and selection of personnel for both Direct and Indirect Labor positions.
• Maintain job postings on internal and external websites.
• Maintain hiring tracking and personnel requests related to job openings.
• Oversee talent attraction methods including social media and other platforms.
• Work closely with hiring managers to establish unique recruitment processes for openings.
• Maintain job descriptions for all positions.
