Responsibilities
:Responsible for performing the installation, repair and maintenance to facility equipment, systems and components in the journeyman discipline(s) held by incumbent.
Must have a solid foundation of instrumentation and controls (I&C) maintenance skills and knowledge to troubleshoot, maintain and operate plant equipment.
Performs corrective and preventive tasks. Interprets design drawings and O&M manuals in locating and diagnosing trouble in plant equipment, components and systems.
Replaces worn damaged or failed equipment and components in support of facility operations.
Perform emergency repairs to systems, equipment and components.
Record the as-found condition as well as the repaired condition.
Experience with turbine, generator and associated auxiliary equipment maintenance and operation.
