Job Qualifications:
BSc in Computer Science or related degree.3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams.
8+ years of experience in building customer-facing full-stack applications.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Python- A must!
Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) core concepts and usage, including prompting and reasoning strategies- A must!
Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience in designing agentic workflows- an advantage
Experience with Node.js, particularly Nest.js
Experience with Langchain or Langraph- an advantage
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for impacting engineering teams, products, and customers.
