Job Description
The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Associate or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Genitourinary Cancers. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. Board certification or eligible in Medical Oncology is required. Rank will be commensurate with experience.
Teaching responsibilities may include teaching hematology/oncology fellows, house staff and medical students. The academic clinician track requires 100 credits per year of active and high-quality teaching. Applicants must have excellent qualifications in teaching.
Clinical responsibilities may include care for patients with genitourinary cancer, including prostate, bladder, testicular, and renal malignancies in an outpatient setting and as an attending on the inpatient service.
