Geotechnical Project Manager

Weston & Sampson has an immediate opening for a Geotechnical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in our Rocky Hill, CT office. The candidate must have comprehensive experience with geotechnical analyses including slope stability, settlement, and soil/structure interaction, development of appropriate foundation and site-related geotechnical recommendations, and report preparation. Field experience associated with subsurface investigations and earthwork construction is required.


What you’ll do:

+ Responsible for project management; preparation of proposals, complex technical reports, specifications, and construction drawings.

+ Managing and reviewing work of junior staff and mentoring.

+ Some travel will be required to client meetings and project sites.

What you’ll bring:

+ MS with concentration in Geotechnical Engineering.

+ Minimum 10 years of diverse and proven geotechnical experience.
