Overview

The Manager ISS and Intramexico will lead the ISS and Intramexico team while also providing leadership over the improvement of the processes in the area.

This position oversees the reconciliation of the Interline transactions of Mexican originating traffic through Railinc and the reconciliation with Mexican carriers, and is responsible for reviewing and verifying the revenue recognition and collections of the transaction with Canadian, USA and Mexican railroads.

This role includes developing and implementing strategies to improve the Intramexico reconciliation processes, resolving disputes and claims from the different railroads, and maintaining accurate records while providing oversight, support, coaching and mentoring to the ISS and Intramexico team.
