Responsibilities

• Promote and specify Moen/Fortune products with architectural firms, construction companies, and key decision‑makers involved in construction projects across various segments such as hospitality, residential, institutional, and housing.
• Identify opportunities to secure new projects for the company; assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products; respond to and follow up on customer inquiries and requirements.
• Provide technical training to customers, sales teams, architects, and builders.
• Analyze, negotiate, and submit pricing proposals.
• Develop strong, long‑term, and close relationships with key architects and construction companies.
• Offer after‑sales service (provide information on product delivery dates and warranties, promote training on proper installation procedures to ensure correct product installation, provide technical datasheets, installation procedures, etc.).
