Overview

Role Type: Permanent. The role will orchestrate the end‑to‑end process of the Quarterly Rolling Forecast planning (IBP | RF QP), ensuring governance, cross‑functional alignment, and consistency across all forums in the cycle. The candidate will act as the link between long‑term strategy and short‑term execution, aligning commercial plans across Latam markets, Natura and Avon brands, and direct, retail and e‑commerce channels with business goals, supply capabilities, and financial projections.

Responsibilities Orchestrate the end‑to‑end Planning process (IBP | RF QP), ensuring governance, engagement, and delivery of all interface areas (Marketing, Commercial, Supply, Finance).
