Role Overview

The International HR Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning Miista’s HR practices with its business goals. The successful candidate will lead recruitment, talent development, diversity initiatives, payroll management, and internal communication strategies across all subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment : Coordinate recruitment efforts across all subsidiaries to ensure alignment with business needs. Manage job postings for current and future roles across multiple platforms. Develop initial candidate shortlists and coordinate interviews with the relevant hiring managers.
