Job Description

The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the plant's quality function, ensuring that systems and procedures are effective and compliant with corporate, customer, and industry standards.
Acting as the voice of the customer, this role drives continuous improvement, manages audits, and coordinates responses to OEM customer concerns.Lead the implementation and maintenance of IATF ***** and other industry quality standards.Facilitate the establishment of policies, procedures, and instructions aligned with corporate and customer requirements.Manage document control activities and ensure compliance with regional quality systems.Act as the primary liaison for OEM customer concerns, audits, and portal communications.Coordinate and respond to customer-specific audits and assessments.Support launch teams with required documentation (PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, etc.).
