Job Description
Title: Nurse Practitioner (FNP / WHNP / AGNP)
Location: Goodyear / Surprise / Gila Bend / West Phoenix, AZ
Shift: Full-time On-site & Float positions available
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality primary care services to adult (Adult NP) and family (Family NP) populations
* Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
* Promote preventive care and overall patient wellness
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as needed
* Maintain compliance with organizational, departmental, and regulatory policies
Requirements:
* Masters of Nursing in Family, Adult or Women's Health
* Active FNP, AGNP or WHNP license in Arizona
* Minimum 2 years of experience
* Active DEA Certification
