We are expanding our international Expenses team in Hungary and are looking for a detail‑oriented Expense Analyst to support accurate, policy‑compliant processing of employee expense reports and provide high‑quality assistance to colleagues across the business.
On a daily basis:
Review, validate, and process employee expense claims in our expense claim system in line with company policies, approval frameworks, and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with local legislation, taxation rules (including VAT/GST), and company financial policies.
Perform accurate checks on receipts, currency conversions, account coding, and cost centre allocation.
Identify errors, duplicate claims, or non-compliant expenses and take appropriate corrective or escalation action.
