We talk with large companies which use the PCs or/and Printers of the company.
Business to Business project
Responsibilities:
Proactive Account Management of partners, providing a timely response and resolution to incoming queries via email or telephone or other communication channels
Drive sales opportunities to meet quota and forecast
Offer a solutions-based sales approach to drive business and increase margin through up-selling and cross-selling, where appropriate
Liaise with other internal departments and external parties to ensure that partner opportunities are fully realized
Maintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track their progress from initial reseller enquiry, right through to customer delivery
