The position will be responsible for the coordination, specification, design, development, testing, integration, and implementation of GIS technologies. This will also include database design, implementation and management, GIS application development, and GIS standards development and implementation. Time will be divided between maintenance of current applications and the design of new applications. The position will also be involved in making recommendations regarding the development of a new code and assisting in the development of that code.
