Main responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 10–15 accountants Oversee daily operations, workload planning, and service delivery Support process transitions and ensure smooth stabilization Drive team performance, engagement, and continuous improvement Contribute to month-end/year-end closings and review key accounting activities Ensure compliance with accounting standards (local GAAP & IFRS) Manage stakeholder relationships and support KPI/SLAs tracking
