Job Description

Job Summary

The Global Account Manager will be based in Zalaegerszeg and will report to the Director of Global Account Management.

The role is responsible for driving direct sales of Flex services to targeted accounts, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Global Account Manager will act as the key point of contact for customers and provide management with insights to improve programs’ profitability and customer relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Manage relationships with customers for post-awarded programs, overseeing contract renewals, changes, and maintenance
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing changes, to meet financial targets.
  • Handle excess & obsolete claims and inventory reduction activities to achieve Auto Inventory Turn-Over targets.
