Global AR & O2C Leader — Transforming Working Capital

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Vice President, Global Head of Accounts Receivable to lead the execution and transformation of the Order-to-Cash processes. This role will focus on enhancing cash flow visibility and strengthening operational discipline globally.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in accounts receivable and finance operations, and a strong track record of driving performance improvements in multi-entity organizations.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $165,000 to $225,000 based on the location and qualifications.
