Global Bid & Sales Enablement Lead

Randstad Malaysia is looking for a Global Bid & Sales Enablement Manager to lead proposal management and sales enablement initiatives. This role requires over 12 years of experience in relevant fields and a strong understanding of SaaS and HRMS.

The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to develop compelling sales materials and manage complex RFP responses. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and familiarity with RFP tools is a plus.
