Job Summary

The Business Development Director, Global Compounds drives profitable growth by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and validating regional pricing strategies. This role leads the development of the long-term business strategy in partnership with regional leaders and the Asset Strategy Leader to ensure a coordinated, global approach. The position is accountable for building and advancing the M&A pipeline, monitoring market trends, and conducting competitive analysis.
