Global Compliance Leader: Strategy, Audit & Leadership

Organon LLC is seeking a CENCA Business Practice Lead in Bogotá, Colombia. This role will lead the implementation of compliance programs and collaborate with the LAMEX Leadership Team. The Business Practice Lead will be responsible for ensuring effective compliance standards and managing compliance risks.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in Audit or Compliance within the healthcare industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, and fluency in English is required.
