Role Summary

Slalom is seeking a highly experienced Global Contingent Workforce (CW) Program Lead to design, stand up, and operationalize an enterprise‑wide contingent workforce program. This role will own end‑to‑end strategy, governance, policy, vendor management, and operating model development for a global CW ecosystem inclusive of agency workers, independent contractors, consultants, and other non‑FTE labor models.
