Empresa líder in Envigado seeks a Core HR and Total Rewards Capabilities SME to optimize HR processes and manage technology platforms, including SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HR operations and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, enhancing process efficiency while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Work model is hybrid: 2 days on-site in Centro Comercial Viva, Envigado, and 3 days remote.
