Position: Planning Engineer – Data Center Project

Responsibilities

• Prepare overall project schedules, phase schedules, and detailed execution plans.
• Develop and maintain project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), critical path schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress, perform schedule analysis, and issue delay alerts and risk warnings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including client reporting documentation.
• Coordinate schedule interfaces across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Support the Project Manager in acceleration plans and resource optimization strategies.
• Participate in delay claims and Extension of Time analysis within EPC contract frameworks.
