What will your routine look like working with us?

• Globally responsible for developing and deploying advanced AI solutions across GDM’s plant breeding and genomics R&D portfolio to accelerate genetic gain, improve selection accuracy, and shorten breeding cycles.
• Integrate phenotypic, genotypic, environmental, and remote sensing datasets into scalable AI architectures.
• Implementing new machine learning models as an alternative to traditional methods of genomic selection.
• Build agentic AI workflows to automate breeding analytics, model retraining, and decision-support pipelines.

Requirements to participate in the process:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering, with a Master’s and/or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or Plant Breeding.
