Global DC Operations Coordinator — Dispatch & SLA

RM Staffing B.V. is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage ticket triage and dispatch for datacenter services in the APAC timezone. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in a relevant environment, along with strong English skills.

The successful candidate will coordinate with technicians, maintain service level agreements, and ensure excellent client communication. Compensation ranges from EUR 1,000–1,200 monthly based on experience.
