GLOBAL DELIVERY SPECIALIST

Run administer and deliver Global project orders under the direction of Service Delivery Management aiming at the flawless execution of the project.

• Manage end-to-end order delivery of all Global products efficiently and within the timeline maintaining KPIs to ensure right-first-time delivery
• Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments/partners to provision the services within the agreed KPI
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements scope and objectives
• Help prepare project proposals timeframes schedule and budget
• Monitor and track projects progress and handle any issues that arise
