Training & Enablement Leadership
Lead the planning, development, and delivery of global clinical product training programs.Build and execute enablement strategies that ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.Oversee the creation, review, and continual enhancement of training content, ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory alignment.Partner closely with cross-functional teams, product leaders, SMEs, and global business partners to ensure training meets audience needs.Curriculum Development
