Your opportunity:

Lead global quality management and all quality-related activities across Business Line EIS

Define and execute the global quality strategy, assessing organizational maturity and developing roadmaps to strengthen product and process quality across the organization

Accountable for achieving annual and strategic quality targets for Business Line EIS

Develop and lead the global quality organization, coaching local teams and ensuring the effective implementation of quality standards, tools, and methodologies

Define and ensure quality KPIs and targets, monitor COPQ performance, analyze results with EIS sites and drive improvement actions

Ensure robust quality processes across the product lifecycle, including APQP/PPAP, control and test plans, structured change management, and systematic problem-solving
