Global HR Operations Lead – Maternity Cover

EPM Scientific is seeking an HR Consultant to provide maternity cover within their international operations. This hands-on role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, onboarding and offboarding, and supporting employees.

The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and be fluent in English, with German as a plus. This position allows for remote or hybrid working in Switzerland.
