Global L&D Coordinator: Learning Programs & Impact

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join a passionate team that is striving to shape Arup’s learning culture and make a lasting impact on organisational development. This role will be based in the Singapore office and will support learning initiatives primarily in the APAC region and across the globe.

• Plan and coordinate learning programmes, workshops, and events, both virtual and in‑person.
• Support scheduling, communications, and logistics.
• Track attendance, feedback, and generate impact reports.
• Coordinate lunch & learn sessions, knowledge‑sharing sessions, onboarding activities and ad‑hoc development events.
• Support delivery of team‑wide activities such as meetings, away days, and internal communications.
