Global Lead, AI-Powered Onboarding & Implementation

Supermetrics Oy is looking for a Head of Implementation & Onboarding to manage the transformation of customer onboarding and implementation at scale. This role requires demonstrated experience in leading Professional Services teams in a SaaS environment and implementing process transformations.

The ideal candidate must collaborate with cross-functional teams, enforce new delivery standards, and manage a global team of specialists. This position is based in Helsinki but also allows for work from Dublin or Amsterdam.
