The Global Market Expansion Manager is responsible for driving and coordinating VinFast's international market expansion projects from assessment through launch execution. The role serves as the central project management office (PMO) function, ensuring alignment across global and local stakeholders, consolidating cross-functional inputs, tracking critical milestones, managing risks, and driving operational readiness for successful market entry.
