Global Market Segment Director – Packaging Technologies

This is a permanent, full‑time position. The Director is responsible for the global Tapes & Labels end‑market segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and refine the global segment strategy, setting growth ambitions, priorities, target areas, and guiding multi‑year roadmaps aligned with market trends, sustainability and portfolio evolution.
• Act as the global expert on the segment, analyzing market dynamics, customer structures and key regulatory, sustainability, technology trends, consolidating regional insights into a unified global view and proactively identifying opportunities and structural shifts to drive strategic actions.
