Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Operations & Client Success Team Lead to oversee daily operations and client delivery across the iCondo ecosystem. This role provides leadership across local and overseas teams, ensuring operational excellence, strong client success outcomes, and smooth execution of onboarding, training, AGMs, and platform governance.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
Oversee daily operations to ensure timely execution of updates, content publishing, and system accuracy.
Drive operational discipline by tracking timelines and ensuring accountability across local and overseas teams.
