Global Ops Leadership: Early Talent Rotational Program

Eaton is seeking candidates for its Operations Early Talent Leadership Development Program based in Finland. This three-year rotational program includes three unique twelve-month assignments across different business areas in operations, preparing individuals for future leadership roles.

Entry requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields by August 2024, and candidates should be flexible to relocate within the EMEA region. Recruitment starts in February 2024, aiming for program commencement in September 2024.
