Responsibilities

• Complete the monthly review on salary data sources of assigned countries on time to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all data sources related to salary;
• Complete the annual operation related to salary data sources of global markets on time, including but not limited to: review of global payroll SOP, operations of annual salary increase and promotion, coordination and payment management of annual and mid‑year bonus;
• Be familiar with the management mode of data sources in global markets to ensure that the data source submission and approval process meet the development needs of the company and business;
