Responsibilities

Strategic Development of BIM (Global)

• Define and implement a long‑term global BIM strategy that scales capability and capacity across regions and functions.
• Partner with regional and global Business Units to expand BIM expertise, identify competency gaps, and define global training requirements.
• Develop and govern BIM subject matter expertise (SME) areas relevant to data center design, delivery, and operations.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Application Engineering, and segment leadership to integrate cross‑functional BIM capabilities globally.
• Establish globally consistent BIM design standards, object libraries, and workflows to improve efficiency, safety, and scalability.
