Your position

As a Global Process Expert, you will drive excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across the Lead-to-Cash process globally. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing end-to-end processes from lead generation through order fulfillment and invoicing. In this position you will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Digital Transformation teams to implement new tools, automate processes, and leverage AI technologies to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. You will define and maintain global policies, act on audit findings, and drive change from existing to new ways of working.
