Job Description

You will be working in a team that is responsible for implementing projects, coordinating with international customers, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our dialysis software solutions and collaborate closely with various teams to accelerate the international implementation of Nipro’s NephroFlow dialysis management software (NephroFlow Product Suite - Dialysis management software | Software for dialysis clinics)
What you’ll do
Implementation services (50%)
Onboard new customers: Co-create project plans and follow up
Coordinate technical tasks performed by specialists (server installation, testing of integrations)
Provide product training and technical advice to team members and end users
Support and work alongside local and regional product specialists during project deployments
